"I wanted to write a few short notes regarding how the Blackwater academy has helped Mason. When Mason joined Blackwater he had previously been excluded from a mainstream school and had a very bad experience at a PRU. From the moment I met Mr Tassawar I was filled with confidence that he could help Mason fulfil his potential with his education whereas others had failed. In the time Mason has been at Blackwater we have seen an amazing turnaround in his behaviour and attitude not only at school but at home too especially over the last 9-12 months with the new management structure in place. The staff at Blackwater have invested so much time and effort into Mason and we could not be more grateful, we have frequent communication and any issues are resolved fairly unlike his previous schools and this I feel has been one of the key factors in turning Masons education from a negative outlook into a positive outlook. Blackwater Academy is a fantastic school, the staff are excellent and I fully trust them with Masons education."
